Bringing "Pasta DiBambi"
I made a test batch yesterday for Superbowl - It scored well
Broccoli rabe and provolone cheese venison sausage. Over Penne in a White wine/chicken broth/olive oil slurry, with roasted peppers, artichoke hearts, olives, onions, cheeses, white beans and probably some other stuff.
