Still debating doing a dessert or a main course noddle/keilbasa/onions cabbage dish. IIRC, there is a place to prep food and stuff, right?

Kitchen is usually pretty packed and most burners and places in the oven fill pretty fast. The more prepping and cooking that could be done before arriving, the more efficient the kitchen will be. I plan on prepping everything beforehand and bringing an electric skillet to use just prior to serving. Med is usually the kitchen nazi wink, so coordinate through him smile1

I'll send a check and buy a ticket. I will need help on restraining myself. I can attach my dog zapping collar to my mouth and give to Ed when he sees me overeat. Should be entertaining at least smile1
