Hello Econ.. question.. I have a personal use gillnet licence am I still bound by the 50 bunker per person rule?? hope you can help.. thanks..

Not gonna ask why you would want more than 50 a day personally. Let Encon answer this, but it appears the reg is strictly written toward snagging and castnet.... Commercials and gill netters whom are the issue (IMHO) can still wipe the population out legally.

99% sure the 50 rule doesnt apply if you purchase a gill net license.
