In the river approaching Brown's boatyard, Guilford, two kids broke no wake zone big time this morning while I shore fished. No one was around. With only 34 officers covering the state, it and all sorts off other offenses have got to happen all the time. Like the man said, SAD.

Stratford harbor police will stop you. They also check fishing lic. and limits.
