Dealing with the same crap down the western end of the sound with a NY netter coming into CT harbors....I am sure they don't have a license...the boat is a 24-25' Parker.......

Is he throwing a cast net or gill netting? Heard cast net guy has commercial license, but gill netter...no idea. Either way, not cool: heard they pissed off many by completely wiping out the area till every bunker is in their vessel.
