How far over budget has the State and Towns gone the last two years dealing with all the snow and ice?

Here a little story for you. Last Thur. I was going to get on rte. 8 in Beaconfalls on the entrance ramp sat 7 big yellow truck ready to roll done Rte.8 this was at 945am., if these driver go to work at 6.00 AM. What were they doing from 6.00am till 945 am.? their garage is about 3/4 miles from there.At one time when they first started stocking salmon in the Naugy, I asked why they did not stock along old rte8 in Beaconfalls and was told it was to dangerous. I said why not use one of the big yellow truck to park behind it with light on. Was told it was not there job.
