You / or you company have received no money or (re-numeration) for the trip you DONATED. No laws broken . Went thru this with "take a vet fishing" which turned out to be a fake charity.
Well that isn't entirely true as we have been informed it is illegal to have game at a game dinner if a fee is charged .
Remember bring your Donations to the game dinner and name your dishes creatively.
