conch...not snails in these parts.....come from down south in caribbbean.....true conch.....some good stuff ....im makin a Caribbean conch chowder for the restaurant tomorrow.....stuff is pricey....but I got a good deal done rite the stuff is tender and tastey....probably make some funky fritters with it too.....
