If they want to crunch the data longer before making a decision....then I actually prefer they do so. The result if rushing decisions like this is never a good thing. So by all means, take your time and get it RIGHT. Take the rest of the year to do it. Look at more data not less and better data not rushed data and read not only the lines but also between them.

Then since a good decision is far more important than a hasty decision...Make those changes effective Jan 2017. Enough of this middle of the year stuff.
