I am certain that I would have back down after 3 seconds. Several years ago, I waited 15 minutes out on the water, for idiots like this to move. Finally, I just moved in and then they cleared out. I promised myself that won't ever happen again, waiting that long. And it hasn't. I understand that ENCON is spread thin, however enough is enough. Hey guys, what do you think will happen if several of us went there next summer with our large motors..at the same time? How long do you think it would take for someone at WH to call the DEP, and have an officer on the scene??
