That's the vessel that was out there about three weeks ago dragging.

Not sure if it's the same one that I saw back in June/July or over the last few season. It's usually dark when they pass by but they were only about 40 yards off my stern earlier this summer. I could see there trawl lines were out and I tried to take video but all that I get is lights.
