1st fish of the week. Believe it or not I actually caught this one ,WENCH measured it 22 ",5lbs.walleye fishing in serious current.had to shinny out on a concrete structure and lean down with a net.she couldn't work the camera.

Rained from noon yesterday till 5am this morning.destroyed the bite.should have been a 25 bass day on lower saranac.got 8.lost 2 to rookie moves.i have got to stop watching bassmasters.

Retiring to Tn. next summer.I will miss this place terribly,30 + years,guiding,anniversary.worst day I ever had on st. Regis today.100 bass days are common out my boat...got 5 keepers.awful.

...bailed on the boat today and fished setting pole in the pierce field flow.had a great morning 10 bass including 2 over 17". salvaged a piss poor week.

If any of you guys want specific directions to this spot and tips i will gladly share.this has been a go to spot when I was guiding and weather conditions were unsafe for a boat.i have also found this place to be very wheelchair acessible.15/30 bass in a 2 or so hour period is normal.please feel free to pm.
