I have already done 2 just for the practice and supper, they were great. For Thanksgiving I have 3 turkeys one for the oven and to make gravy, one for the grill on the rotisserie and one for the grease. I place an order at Highland Market for 3 fresh turkeys. Can't wait!

Nice avatar Donnie. My cold just cleared up enough to go to work. I feel much better all of a sudden. A little adrenaline rush to mainline the morning caffeine always helps. I remember now the other reason besides fishing I need to visit Kenny in Florida soon. Good luck with the turkeys also.

Paul that's where we get ours. Nice and moist, and the best turkey I have ever had. I would like to try fried turkey I have never had it before. I get veto'd every year.

once they let you do one John, they'll NEVER, and I mean EVER want a baked one again!!!!!! Before my grandmother Died she had some and was kickin herself in the ass for the last 80 turkeys she cooked!!!!!,...Waterfowling in the morning. turkey, couch and Cowboys in the afternoon!!!!!! Half the reason I built a family room was to get away from my Loudmouthed Aunt screaming at the TV......Ahhh the Holidays!
