PNarducci Member Registered: 11/01/02 Posts: 1233	I have a question regarding law and safety regarding my son who is paralizes from shoulders down and vent dependent. He has a customed seat that has a car seat on it seat belt as well as harness he is going no where. EnCon Police Moderator Registered: 03/01/04 Posts: 3899	Coast Guard regulations only approve inflatable PFDs for children over the age of 16...although at that point I guess they're not children anymore.
