I trued to buy my 2012 licenses on line yesterday.
The payment page kept adding a horizontal line behind the year of my credit card that I entered in the "year" box and would not accept the date with a line.
I tried reentering, clearing the box and then rebooting my computer - Same thing kept happening, went to Dees this morning to get the licenses

This customer was only entering 2 digits for the expiration year when he needed to enter all 4.

You gotta cut the state some slack on their websites. Most of them were written by guys who started out writing COBOL code on Hollerith cards. If you think this one is tough to navigate you ought to try using the DSS site to download Remitance Advices for your business. Jeesh, what a nightmare!

I'm just happy that we can purchase tags and licenses online at all.

That said, if they could just get someone who was born after 1960 to help rewrite the site, well.....

What I can't understand if you have the # from last year why is there no button that say renew. Be a lot faster.
