You are receiving this email because you applied for a Deer Lottery permit in 2012. We wanted to inform you that the procedure for applying for lottery permits is changing in 2013. The new procedures and instructions for applying will not be available until June 2013. At that time, instructions for acquiring a Lottery permit will be available on the department’s website at www.ct.gov/deep/DeerLottery . If you plan on applying for a Lottery permit, please do not buy a No-Lottery permit. You can always buy a No-Lottery permit later in the year if you are not chosen for a Lottery permit.
