A buddy of mines kid took it at 10 years old IIRC . The rules were changed some years back because the course is reciprocal with states that allow hunting for 10 year olds . They can't hunt here in CT until 12 , but can take the course to qualify for an out of state license .

"Politically correct" was initially coined by Leon Trotsky to refer favorably to those whose views remained in sync with the ever-shifting Bolshevik Party line. This was important, as "not PC" people risked prison or death.
