Yeah...that's major bs...and if something goes wrong not a whole lot of room for error. However welcome to my world on Gardner lake. Wife's wheelchair goes up on 2 wheels about 75% of the time.

Good luck with that one...the skiers own that place and it has been like that for years....with the little bit of funding deep has I am sure it will stay like that forever... I remember too g there 20 years ago as a kid and there were always skiers doing exactly the same thing. No spotters and running real close to anchored or fishing boats. I would love to see some enforcement out there but am sure that is a long shot.

What a dink
You can say anything foolish to a dog, and that dog will still give you a look that says, "WOW!! What a great idea!! I never would have thought of that!!"

It is early goose season just so you know. Set up in the corner with your decoys out. They come screaming buy and that is hunter harassment! Or they get scared off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You can shoot a 1/2 hour past sunset and take your plug out. A nice 5 round burst wakes a lot of people up. Good luck

Boating regulations state there must be a responsible observer on board at least 12 years of age or older. The operator of the vessel and skier are responsible for operating in a manner which does not harm or strike another person or vessel. Waterskiing is forbidden 1/2 hour after sunset until sunrise. No person shall operate a motorboat at a speed in excess of slow no wake within 100' of shore, or a dock, pier, float, or anchored or moored vessel unless taking off or landing a waterskier. Speed, when there is no speed limit posted you must operate the boat so it will not endanger others. When passing near marinas, fishing areas, swimming areas, a vessel at anchor or similar areas, reduce speed. Operators are responsible for damages caused by their wakes. FYI, not that this applies here and there are obvious violations, but this has come up in the past with people fishing from boats that are drifting, if you are not anchored or moored and are drifting, you are considered underway.
I will forward this to the Officer responsible for that area.
