I took my bow course back in 94 and haven't had a bow hunting license in over 10 years. Do I need to take the course over or can I just apply for a bow license ?

Just apply and use the number on your certificate from 94.

"Bowhunter Education - All bowhunters must show proof when purchasing a small game/deer archery permit that they have completed the CE/FS bowhunting course (since 1982) or its equivalent from another state or country. If you have previously purchased a 2002, or later, Connecticut bowhunting license you have already provided such proof."

thats from the guide book so you should be good as long as you still have your cert number from 94

If you don't have your hunter Ed card handy contact deep Franklin wildlife management and ask for a replacement.

You take the course once (after 1982), that's all you need to show. As posted, if you don't remember your number call Franklin Wildlife and they can look it up for you.
