Read on the DEP website new lottery changes for 2013. Anyone have any idea as to what the changes are? It says on the site they will be announced in June 2013, long time to wait..

If I were to guess, it would be more state land will go to no lottery.

I agree with mark. I think they are slowing getting rid of the state land lottery system, especially in any areas where they are going to give replacement tags on state land - assuming the new proposal(s) go through.
