I have a question regarding law and safety regarding my son who is paralizes from shoulders down and vent dependent. He has a customed seat that has a car seat on it seat belt as well as harness he is going no where. The problem is all the life jackets are a problem Can I use a mustang sospenders type PFD he is eight years of age and is 40 lbs. or do you have any suggestions thank you Paul Narducci
