We fished the Farmington for shad on Monday. There is a group of about 20 shore anglers there on a daily basis literally catching buckets of herring and blatantly fishing with them. These people are there on an almost daily basis with complete disregard for the herring ban. I did call the tip line, but figured I would make you aware here as well, maybe being visible online will have some effect.
