MCASS31 Member Registered: 07/11/05 Posts: 406 Loc: Branford, CT	Hello, I purchase a CT freshwater license on 1/23/2010 before the price decreased. Am I eligible for a credit on my next license? I also purchased my marine license on 5/14/2010. Could you explain?
