I know paraplegics can hunt from a ATV as long as it's turned off. So I'm wondering if on private land since it's going to rain like heck if I can hunt off road from the edge of a field from inside a motor vehicle if it's turned off. Don't worry I won't do it unless I get a yes from DEP. No I'm not physically disabled.
