I was fishing in the Niantic River yesterday when a commercial fishing boat lowers his net and makes three seperate drags in the channel in front of Camp Rell.
They had to clean the channel of every fish in it. Is this legal?
Just doesn't seem right. We can only keep three and they empty the River.
