I have 6 fishermen that are out of work & will follow them...I'm covering their fuel costs....if they are selling them we will video and then turn the video evidence over to Mass & U.S. tax authorities. I'll bet dollars to donuts they are NOT declaring any money made on these fish to the state & federal governements
