Ya know I've been thinking about this all day,......

For one,........bitching about the DEP is just plain stupid,....I am Not kissing DEP's ass, but Guys they are ENFORCER's of the law,..they don't write them and CAN'T CHANGE THEM........Skip mentioned something about arresting someone on false pretenses and the ramifications...........I'M PRETTY DAMN SURE with the attention this has drawn here on this site and the negativity thrown their way, that they have surveyed EVERY POSSIBLE OPTION to erradicate the issue,.....THEY CAN'T......THEY DID NOT WRITE THE LAWS............

And while I think that the DEP turns it's heads in a FAR TOO MANY instances of minority fish poaching,........It's a SHITTY situation that warrants some action in the future..........AND AS MUCH AS I LOVE the law that says you cannot LEGALLY harrass someone lawfully taking game(i.e. TREE HUGGIN FREAKS while hunting) The law also applies here,...THEY ARE LEGALLY TAKING WHAT THEY WANT,.................Get Bent to the asssholes that made the law,..not the one's enforcing it.........IT's LEGAL,.......as fuked up as it is,...IT's LEGAL!!!!!

As I wrote before,..someone ought to follow them and video tape it,..PROVE IT, and take it from there...........that's my view.....Say what ya want but until ya do something about it insed of ranting on an internet site,..things will never change..........Remember what we did about the licenses??????(how soon we forget) Power in numbers guys,....start calling fisheries(or whoever) and smother them with emails.........that'll get their attention.........
