Just curious as to the reasons why...but I've heard more than a few times now that some people don't want to see crossbows legalized. Some say some bowhunters also don't support it.

I'm not sure how I feel buying one myself...except that a good one might cost in excess of $500....so I don't need to make a decision based on the cost right now.

Can anyone explain the "against crossbow" position to me?
