I have a 175# Parker Buckbuster and it's the only one I have shot. It was a gift from the GF. I think my next one will be a Excabibar Pheonix. Lighter and less moving parts plus you can uncock it without shooting it. From the forums I have read there are a lot of breakdown issues with some crossbows. Most archery shops aroud here aren't prepared to fix them and get you back in the woods right away. Excalibar bows seam to be very reliable. 405 fps sounds good but that's measured right off the bow. Remember that crossbow bolts loose speed a lot faster that a carbon arrow from a compound. I would love to check the speed of that bolt verses a 28 inch carbon arrow with a 100 grain muzzy shot from a Mathew's at 30 yards.
