good quality is a relative term when it comes to flyrods or any rods...What are you looking to spend?
You might want to be sure you get what you want if you are willing to part good $$$ in terms of action, rod weight (oz.), grip style,reel seat, etc. There are lots of variables when it comes to buying a fly rod. Be sure to try out lots of rods in a knowledgeable shop to find what will meet your specific needs.
