I dont think the state building that i work at as security is out of the woods yet, Because the building that i am at (DPUC in New Britain) Department of Public Utility Control is part of the merger that Gov. Malloy wants to merge with other state agencies. There are 3 seperate agencies in the building that i work in, They are below.

Department of Public Utility Contol (DPUC)
Connecticut Siting Concil (CSC)
Office of Consumer Consel (OCC)

Originally the DPUC and CSC was going to be merged with The DEP, And OCC was going to be merged with the Dept. of Consumer Protection.

The DPUC is still going to be merged with DEP to make a new agency called Department of energy and environmental protection, (DEEP).
But OCC has asked to go into the merger with DPUC, As of right now It is anybodys guess where the CSC is going.
