My girl, Actually the state employee's have to rafity the agreements.

I was talking to the Union Steward in the state building where i do security on Friday May 13 and She has to go to Hartford on Thursday May 19 to find out what the agreement actually contains.

Some of the employees in the building said they would vote for it and some say they would not, When i was doing my tour of the building on Fri, One of the Attorney Generals that is in the building said he would vote for it.
