I fished the Campville area once, which I assume you are referring to. There is more than just that, especially east. If the fishery is lost, then a lot of people would be dissapointed. If what JEREMIAH says is true then it sounds like a good effort was made to let it continue despite the recent challenges.

I had many a good times on the river in the fall and winter..
