There really isn't any type of permit offered for what you are trying to do. I would say that as long as you do not exceed the statewide daily creel limit then there's no issue. If you want to have a whole tankfull of trout I would suggest giving Inland Fisheries a call and talk to either Bill Foreman or Bill Gerrish, I'm sure someone has asked them that question before.
