Question - Let's say I'm out duck hunting this coming season and I get stopped by an officer. Will that officer be checking for anything above and beyond what they would have checked for before this legislation has passed? I.E. - will they ask for my ammunition eligibility certificate? Will they be asking for my gun registration? Will they be asking for my long gun eligibility certificate?
Hunters will need to know how to legally protect themselves while hunting and while transporting guns and ammunition as it pertains to the new regs.
