I'm really tired of all the agencies that always respond: We're understaffed We're underfunded Not my job,. etc. etc. and then blame it on the last boss, or when that fails blame it on the new boss, It's not just the DEEP, but if you can't go home each night either happy with what you accomplished , or frustrated over what you could not, then it's time you started looking elsewhere. If you're not happy, and your customer is not happy, then it's time to change amd to move on. When you see people griping over the same situations year after year, and the only thing that changes is your seniority, it's time to either instigate meaningful change, move on, or admit failure.
