Hopefully someone else will chime in, but it is my understanding that this is not a Bill that needs to be "called or voted on." This is just part of the DEEP's proposed changes to our hunting regulations for this year. I believe we are just waiting for these new regulations to be added.
This is my understanding as well, the crossbow changes will hopefully be adopted and the regulation change will take affect in time for the September opener. I do not have any info on when we can expect the regulation change to be adopted.
