We don't put the names in the monthly highlights as some of the cases have gone to court already. If they have been adjudicated not guilty, received accelerated rehabilitation or the case was nolled then the names are no longer a public record. Rather than post them and have to go back days, weeks or months later to the website and redact them, we leave the names out. You have the option of requesting the report through the Freedom of Information Act from our office in Hartford. Again, if the person was found not guilty, etc., the name(s) would be redacted prior to releasing the record.
