I was told a few years back by an ENCON officer that if I "knew" someone was baiting or feeding deer and I used that to my advantage that it "could" be used against me if someone really wanted to.

Personally, if someone on an adjacent property throws corn out for the deer to feed them and I kill them on their way over there - i don't see why I should be at fautl whatsoever. Its no different than hunting next to someones corn field or food plot IMO.....
