The confusing part is how it's written , using the word "taken" in two different contexts .
" The quantity or number of fish of a species or species group that can be taken".... Equals fish kept .
"Any species taken to the contrary".... Any out of season incidentals that wind up on the hook .
"the waters from which it was taken".... Same context as #2 .
As said , no culling . Gotta be a bit careful when there is a limit in the box though IMO , if you're fishing bait rig up with circles , etc... Those Green Guys notice stuff like that .
