Your being conditioned to Martial law folks. None of those agencies have the authority to close fishing in an area, those laws are made thru public process and the legislature. The executive order and Commissioners Emergency Orders are going too far in violating the law and legislative process.
Perhaps they will put up an Orange Boom across that end of the sound and close the whole thing soon as a matter of " national security" .
