Since Candlewood gets at least 10,000 pre-season trout and multiple pre-season trucks are sent there maybe the early trucks in March that have to stock through the ice get sent to the deep water stocking locations like Sherman, Lynn Demming, and the Squantz launch with consideration of using the Prison boat launch, New Fairfield town beach, and Sail Harbor. When the lake opens up in early April the second wave can hit the shallower spots like the marinas and Danbury town beach.
350k trout to stock by the earlier first day date is a lot to do.
