Would the DEEP take Volunteers for trout stocking? I don't mean driving in the trucks but I would meet the truck at a general area where I lived and help carry down the buckets of fish from the truck to water.
I am sure many CTF'er's would do the same where they lived in CT.
They do use volunteers, my son did it when he was in High School bucketing trout to streams off the beaten path.
