State land is public and you have to deal with the public. Anyone can go anywhere they like.

Private land is PRIVATE! Anyone trespassing should be confronted and set straight. If they don't agree, want to argue or don't move on, then they get ARRESTED FOR TRESPASSING. Simple.
My landowners give me full permission to confront trespassers.

I deal with trespassers at all my private property. I'm very nice at first until one of them gets an attitude. Then it's on!
