Count me as one who is not looking for any explanation from Enconn . It seems they did their job , a complaint was made , investigated , and charges filed . That is where the enforcement end stops . The adjudication process is broken . Enforcement may seem lacking but I seem to remember Skip saying that with the staffing levels these days there may be 3-4 Officers covering the State on any given shift . One can only hope that in this case there was money spent/lost on an attorney and/or time off from work in lieu of actual fines . Any "answers" at this point should come from the prosecuting attorney and the Judge on the bench . Coming in here as a representative of Enconn and bashing the judicial system might not be a career enhancing move , ya know ?

"Politically correct" was initially coined by Leon Trotsky to refer favorably to those whose views remained in sync with the ever-shifting Bolshevik Party line. This was important, as "not PC" people risked prison or death.
