- 1 lb venison burger fried with fresh garlic and onion -steamed spinach chopped and mixed with 2 blocks of softened cream cheese -sliced good pecorino Romano cheese broken up into the cream cheese -half the squash and deseed it and bake at 350 for 45 minutes until soft -take a fork and scrape out the squash Fill the boat with layers of burger, squash and cream cheese mixture -top with shredded cheese and bake 20 minutes to heat through -pop under the broiler to crisp the cheese Enjoy! This is a nice filling meal, a whole squash would serve 4 hungry hunters
