Zach You will not be allowed to launch your boat on any NYC watershed properties. The only boats allowed on the reservoirs are aluminum row boats... yes row boats.... Car toppers are not allowed. Boats must stay at the desiginated spot on the reservoir - tied to a tree- while not used. Another special boating permit must be obtained to put a boat there. Tititus , Cross River and Kensico are the hot trout waters. Its too bad there arnt trout in New Croton as the Muskies would be even fatter than they are.
