Could you tell me if there has been any Permits issued to apply aquatic herbacide to Tyler Pond in Goshen? My brother was there last week and claims the water was very dirty and the weeds were virtually non exsistent. Hope the landowners aren't taking matters into their own hands.

According to our permitting staff they have nothing issued nor pending for Tyler Lake.
