Sorry i know this will get complicated but here it is. Sunday hunting in CT is not happening; however, the good people of NY seem to have no problem with it.

Question 1. If i launch in CT and shoot across or west and hunt waterfowl in NY and come back to CT am i going to get busted? In regards to Sunday, bag limits, and seasons.
Question 2. Can i drive to NY in my car, and hunt and come back to ct with waterfowl, and not get busted?

Thanks

Not Encon but this is similar to the fluke question. If I recall correctly:
1. You could since you would be in your boat, on the water with gear and possessing birds when in Ct. waters.
2. Probably not since you are in your car and no longer in a hunting situation.

This same Sunday Ducking question was asked back in Sept about Sunday hunting in RI. The surprise answer was that it was okay.

Glad to see that this has been deemed ok by EnCon. I've been hunting NY on Sundays for several years, and simply assumed that cased guns and possession of a NY hunting license would cover me. Good to know that is really the case!
