No Mycept. No joke. What is it. Caught hundreds of trout out of this body of water. Never caught a green trout with so few spots before. I've caught plenty of browns and this wasn't a brown. Sorry O'bass, definately not a largemouth. I'm not an idiot, it was definately a salmonoid(salmon/trout) but not one I've seen before in this body of water. Any other ideas?

Juvenile Atlantic salmon?

If you chase two rabbits, you will not catch either one.

Going by this identification info I am going with Brown trout due to the lower jaw extending past the eye and it is tough to see but looks like the adipose fin is spotted as well. I have caught plenty of stocked browns that look very similar to this. While I do agree this fish does look a little on the green side.

I've caught plenty of browns with all different color patterns. I've caught what you caught.

If bluefish were to grow as big as giant bluefins, then there would be nothing left out there except for blues!

I LOVE MY BLUES!
